I formulated this creamy butter while pregnant to get deeper, more restful sleep, ease lower back and hip pains, and most importantly prevent restless legs and leg cramps that I was dealing with. DIRECTIONS
Before bed | apply 1 to 2 teaspoons to calves, bottoms of feet, or areas of tightness (e.g., hips, lower back). For baby or toddler, apply onto the bottom of feet as part of nighttime routine and for better sleep. For migraines, apply to the head and neck as the migraine is coming on. For anxiety, apply to your heartspace as needed.
